Buzzing about Bees!

We learned all about bees last week and I came up with this bee and beehive project for the kids to make.  I am doing an Insect Unit for Open House, and I am decorating the windows with this project.  If you are learning about bees, this would be great for them to brainstorm using the “tree map” and then write about it on the writing paper.  This is a great bee craft for primary!  Visit my TPT Store to purchase it!

The mini unit on bees includes:
-template for the bee and beehive
-writing paper
-bee labeling sheet
-bee “tree map”

I included the suggestion to use bubble wrap to paint and stamp to add the texture of honey combs!
