My first find is from Totally Tots. I saw this idea of using a Giant Push Pin (which I have in my classroom) to push along the letter to trace the P. I think this would be a great fine motor practice!
I found this "Printing on Post-it Notes" idea from One Good Thing. How cute would this be to print fun messages and leave all over the place?!?! Go check out her blog to see details on how to print them.
I think this is a genius idea from The Daily Cafe...a Book Hospital. Instead of the kids coming up to you at random times, showing you a page that has a microscopic rip, they can place it in the Book Hospital and you can "perform surgery" (as I call it) at your leisure!
First Grade WOW had a cute idea of teaching the sound "oo" with Fruit Loops!
Happy Pinning!
I love my book hospital. My volunteer does triage and I rarely even have to worry about it. I also stick new books in there until they get my name and AR dot on them. The kids sometimes look in the book hospital like they are looking at a new baby in the nursery. Love it!

I saw that book hospital pin too & I thought it was a wonderful idea. Every year I have books that fall apart & need to visit the book hospital. That is so cute!
