New Blog Design..and an inside joke..

First off, I am SOOOOOO excited about my new blog design!  I love all of the colors, how clean and neat it looks, the adorable apples, and the fact that I FINALLY have a blog button!  :)

Erin from Creating and Designing made my adorable blog background.  She was so wonderful about taking the time to find out exactly what I wanted, and making all of the annoying changes that I asked her to!  Here is her blog, please check it out and use her if you want your own personalized blog
design! :)

And now for the inside joke...so recently, I have become aware to this new obsession I have...I am obsessed with oversized school supplies/objects.  When I am shopping and I come across some jumbo version of a normally small object, I have to take a picture.  I don't know why I think it's so funny, but it gets me every time!  Hadar pointed this out to me when we were taking a shopping trip to Hobby Lobby, and I kept pointing out things like this to her...now I'll text her a photo every time I find a goody.  I wanted to share this with you so YOU can be a part of the inside joke too!  I might do a monthly post of my "oversized item find"....  Here are some of the treats from this month...

This was the beginning of me being entertained by jumbo versions of things.  I posted this "Hello My Name Is" whiteboard a couple of weeks ago as a back to school photo idea.  (I am going to be giving away a new one of these for my 700 follower giveaway!)

Large Clothes Pins: this is an example of an "oversized school supply object."  We have all seen these, but look at the one I found at Big Lots...

This thing was as big as my arm, and seriously weighed 7 pounds.  What would you do with this?!?!?

This was a calculator from Hobby Lobby.

You never know when you will need a whole sheet of Rice Krispies Treats!

I was in Virginia for vacation and passed this store...what if everything inside was oversized???

Last but not least: a lipstick light.

I will keep taking pictures of goodies that I find, and you would make my day if you ever found one, you could email it to me or post it on my facebook wall! Welcome to the inside joke! ;)
